completely customized to your specifications. All you
have to do is put it in your freezer and enjoy!

instead. Price includes cutting, wrapping, curing,
smoking, sausage making and freezing. Your order is
completely customized to your specifications. All you

    freezing to your specifications.
  • Ask about our live weight price if you are interested in alternatively
    purchasing the live stock.
  • Deposit required to place an custom order:
                  Whole Hog: $300 deposit
                  Half Hog: $150 deposit
  • In the event of an order cancellation you will be refunded your deposit less
    $50.00 non-refundable fee.
  • Custom finishing requests are welcome. We will feed out an animal to your
    specifications and/or end weight. We require a $50.00 non-refundable
    deposit on custom finishing orders.
  • Delivery can be arranged within Alberta for a mileage fee.
  • On-farm pickup of meat is available by appointment only. Please call
    ahead to ensure someone is around before you make the drive. Remember
    to bring a cooler and ice to transport your meat home safely.
  • On-farm pickup of live animals is acceptable as long as they are
    transported in a suitable livestock transport conveyance (ie. livestock trailer
    or stock racks).
  • Due to government regulations we cannot allow on-farm slaughter.
