| The Process |
1. Contact me. Email is generally the fastest and most efficient
method. Let me know what you are looking for in a web site. I will get
back to you within 48 hours with an estimate as to the cost.
2. If you choose to proceed with my services I will send you a "Getting
Started" package. I prefer to email Word document as its fast and
easy, but it can be mailed or faxed if you do not have email.
3. The "Getting Started" package is meant to be used as a tool to
organize your materials and communicate clearly what you are hoping
for on each page of your site. This will help me create the very best
site for your needs.
 | Gather pictures you'd like incorporated into your site and clearly | |
| label them so I know which page each picture belongs on. | ||
| Fill in the text you'd like on each page. | |
| Also include business or farm logo, if applicable. | |
| I also encourage you to include any quotes, sayings or mottoes | |
| that appeal to you. They do a lot to 'set the mood' of a web site. | ||
| Please let me know if you need ideas for web content. I can offer | |
| you suggestions based on the style and design of the site. | ||
| It is most efficient if you have all of your materials prepared | |
| BEFORE I start on your site. This will save us both time. |
4. At this point if you chose to proceed with my services I require
payment in full prior to getting started. This is non-refundable unless,
for some unforeseen reason, I am unable to complete your project. At
that time I would refund your money less 25% for the time I've
invested. I accept Pay Pal, cheque or money order.
5. Send the materials to me. You can do this is several ways:

| Mail me a disk or CD with your material on it. | |
| Mail me pictures and the text you'd like included. I can scan | |
| and/or type it up as needed. Be forewarned that this may result in additional charge for my time if it is extensive! | ||
| Please send good quality original photographs, not photocopies | |
| or computer print outs. All pictures (hard copies) will be returned | ||
| If you choose to mail your materials please send via Expresspost. | |
| This way we can track your package, delivery is guaranteed and it is quite fast. |
6. The fun begins! Web site design is on a first come, first served
basis. I can generally have your website up and running within 2
weeks of receipt of your materials.
7. Satisfaction guaranteed! After your website is up and running I ask
that you look each page over carefully. I will continue to make
changes until you are pleased with the result.
9. Once your web site is up and running I can do routine maintenance
and updates as needed. Again, the cost for updates is $50 per hour.
10. It doesn't stop there! I will promote your web site to increase
traffic. I can also provide you with a monthly report with site statistics
indicating the number of people visiting your pages and how they
found it at your request.
